Vitanni the Lunar Hare

I might put this in Scraps later... the anatomy really pisses me off. Mostly in the manly shoulders and the weird shaped butt and the hands. However, this was the first time I made my own lineart without the aid of a pencil sketch. I used SAI for the first 9 layers (which were all the building up to the lineart) then, for the remaining... pfft... 20 (something like that)? Layers, I colored it in the gimp. I made it this way because I'm still in too much pain to draw anything by hand. <__<

This is Vitanni, a native Lunar Hare. She's actually one of my favorite villains I have ever invented. She's what Flickie'd be like as a bad guy.

You'll note that while she's similar to Flickie in specie, her ears are much shorter. That's how long Lunar Hares ears are normally, but Flickie is a freak-baby so his are long enough to grant flight. Well... the length x height x weight = flight for him. It's more than just their length in his case.

She's not actually their main opponent, but she gets in the way of the lead roles' agenda a lot. She has her own motives which won't ever be made completely clear until the comic, but I wanted to draw Lunarians other than Flickie.

FYI, NO. Not all Lunar Hares have curly blond hair. She does, but... there's a reason for that.
