Kietta

The Kietta is a fun specie of mine. Well, only in name. "Kietta" is what I thought my mom said the first time she said, "Kitty". So. I continued to call ours "Kietta."

I'm sure I probably didn't think about spelling until right now though, hehe.

Anyway, the Kiettas aren't feline at all. They're more on par with chipmunks or squirrels.They're the height of a popcan.

Kiettas dwell along the tops of trees or really anywhere near a good supply of water, lacking in predatory animals/monsters and has lots of sweet food nearby.

They're typically sighted in their blue coat. If a golden coat (as seen here) Kietta crosses your path, it is said to be lucky. Gold coated Kiettas are rare, but are no different than blue coats.

It's speculated that the gold coated Kiettas are simply not attractive to regular Kiettas which would explain their uncommon sightings. Most gold coats will go for a blue coated Kietta too.

Their name is also the sound they make in a high pitched squeak.
